Returns and Cancellations Policy
 

i.    All replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery.
ii.    Clients can only request for replacement if they receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, with which an unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package to file a replacement claim.
iii.    Items for replacement must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Cancellations:
i.    Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Processing of orders usually takes 1-2 days.

Return/Replacement Approval:
i.    All return requests must be approved before processing. 
ii.    We offer free exchange for damaged items and products with a manufacturing defect. 

Non-Eligible Items: 
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or size issues. Please review product specifications and details before placing an order.

Damage and Replacements: 
In case of any damage, we will replace the product or the necessary part to resolve the issue.
